It is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.

The domain www.theredrhinocompany.com is owned by The Red Rhino Company, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.

2. GOVERNING LAWS

These Terms of Use are governed by and published in compliance with:

The Indian Contract Act, 1872.
The Information Technology Act, 2000 and IG Guidelines 2011.
The Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and Rules 1945.
The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
The Pharmacy Act, 1948 and The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

3. MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older. Minors must transact through a legal guardian.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name and password.
Accuracy: If any information provided is untrue or incomplete, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership.

4. USE OF THE WEBSITE & PROHIBITED USES

You agree and confirm that you shall not host, display, upload, or share any information that:

Belongs to another person without right.
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, or invasive of privacy.
Is misleading, patently offensive, or promotes illegal activities.
Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary rights.
Contains software viruses or code designed to interrupt computer functionality.
Threatens the unity, integrity, or security of India.
Uses "deep-links," "page-scrapes," "robots," or "spiders" to monitor or copy website content.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing: Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Land Transport: Due to the liquid nature of products, domestic delivery is via Land/Surface only (Government item restriction guidelines).
International: Prices are in INR. Buyers are solely responsible for VAT, tariffs, and customs clearance fees.
Address Change: Post-dispatch address corrections incur a charge of ₹1500.
Damages: We are not liable for courier culpability; however, we provide a replacement for internal broken/leaked bottles if reported with a screenshot immediately upon receipt.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Returns: No return/refund policy once the product is received, unless the item is damaged/broken.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled by the customer once placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to non-availability or pricing errors.

7. MODIFICATIONS & PRICING

Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time.

8. PRODUCT CAUTION & DISCLAIMER

Caution: If pregnant, nursing, or on medication, consult a physician before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Warranties: Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability: In no case shall The Red Rhino Company, its directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute or grievances, domestic or international, shall be filed under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India only. Disputes shall be referred to an Arbitrator under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The parties are bound by the arbitrator appointed by The Red Rhino Company.
