Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Method of Transport: Because our products are liquid in nature and subject to government transit restrictions, all domestic orders are delivered via standard land transport rather than air.

  • High Volume Delays: During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages & Replacements

The Red Rhino Company is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipment due to the culpability of the delivery/courier services. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction:

  • Internal Damage: We will provide a replacement if a bottle is received broken or leaking internally.

  • Reporting: To claim a replacement, you must contact our team and provide a screenshot/photo of the damage immediately upon receipt.

  • Evidence: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with our dispute redressal team.

  • Claims Process: Customers must file any dispute or claim directly with The Red Rhino Company first. Decisions regarding claims will be made within 7 days of the claim being opened.


Return & Refund Policy

Once a product is purchased and delivered to its destination, we do not offer a return or refund policy. Exceptions are made only for damaged or broken items as specified above. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us directly.


International Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown and calculated in Indian Rupees (INR). For accurate conversion, we recommend using a reliable currency converter.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Fees: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes VAT, tariffs, and customs clearance charges required by your country.

  • Estimates: We do not collect these fees beforehand. We can provide a rough estimate, but costs vary widely by region. Please research your local customs regulations.

  • Packaging Slips: International shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or have altered prices unless requested for bulk orders with prior written permission from The Red Rhino Company.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard International: May require 10-12 business days (or more) of additional processing time as we consolidate items for international transit.

  • Pandemic/Global Disruptions: Please note that global events (such as pandemics) or political issues may cause extended delays beyond our control.

  • Address Changes: Post-dispatch address corrections will incur an additional charge of ₹1,500 per change.

International Shipping Liabilities

If a courier is destroyed, lost, abandoned, or returned because the consignee fails to collect it or provide required documentation to customs, all charges and consequences shall be borne by the customer. While we will provide as much assistance as possible to help clear your package, the ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Business Days: Orders ship Monday through Friday only.

  • Address Requirements: All orders require a complete address, postal code, reachable landmark, and active contact details.

  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • Regional Restrictions: Some products may not be shippable to certain countries due to manufacturer or government restrictions. If your order is affected, we will notify you via email or phone.


Dispute & Grievances

Any disputes or grievances arising domestically or internationally shall be filed exclusively under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India. All disputes shall be referred to an Arbitrator and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
